Police call for help after Weipa break and enters

Detectives from the Weipa Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have released CCTV vision and are appealing for public assistance to identify two suspects following multiple break and enters at Weipa Airport on December 2.

Initial information indicates between 5pm on 2 December and 3am on 3 December, two men forced entry to three facilities at the airport and stole various tools, machinery, vehicle parts, chemicals and food items.

Police are asking anyone with information or relevant vision, or who may be able to assist in identifying the men shown in the CCTV footage, to contact them and quote reference numbers QP2402075036, QP2402077347 and QP2402074706.
