Dozens of long-time employees have been recognised at the Rio Tinto Service Awards 2026, which was held at the Rio Tinto Lodge in Weipa on Friday.
Seventy-six employees were awarded on “pin night” for reaching special milestones, and 12 of the workers had more than three decades of service.
One employee with 45 years of service, Theresa Mills, attended the 31 July celebration.
