Cooktown bowler Corinne Stallan has finished her year on the green with another win at the Mackay North versus South competition.

The 18-year-old was part of a four-person team that played three Test matches as part of the competition, with her side taking the top spot after the two-day event.

“I think I played really well in each game and our team was the best-performing team, so I was really happy with my performance,” she said.

The teen will enjoy social bowls at her club, the Cooktown Bowls Club, for the rest of the year before planning her first away competitions in 2024.
